All entries must be received by January 25, 2010. Voting will take place from February 1, 2010 through February 10, 2010.
Eligible entrants must be between the ages of 6 months and 12 years at the time of contest entry.
Please submit a non-professional, non-copyrighted photo taken within the last month of your child to livingstonephotography@gmail.com. No prints will be accepted. The entrant must not have been photographed by Livingstone Photography in the last 4 months. Livingstone Photography takes no responsibility whatsoever for any copyrighted material erroneously submitted.
The parents of the winners must sign a model release allowing the use the winners' likenesses for Livingstone Photography's marketing and promotion material.

All entries must include the following:
Child’s name, birthday, valid email address, and phone number of a parent or guardian (if you are submitting a grandchild or relative please have permission from the parents before submitting). No names will be announced except for the two winners. No last names will be released.
Only one entry per child. You may, however, enter more than one child. The winning session will be limited to include the winner only.
The photo submitted must only be of the child being entered in the contest. Photos not adhering to this rule will not be considered.
Voting will commence on February 1, 2010. Only one vote per person per day will be permitted. All of the contestants will be featured on this blog with a corresponding number for voting purposes. Only votes properly submitted through the "Contact Julia" link found on www.julialivingstone.com will be counted. The top 5 entrants, based on number of legal votes received, will then be judged by a panel of professional photographers (not including Livingstone Photography) to determine the Grand Prize winner and the Runner Up. The winners will be announced on this blog and Facebook within one week of contest end date.
By entering this contest you agree to allow Livingstone Photography to have complete creative control over the session. This means that if your child is one of the winners, Livingstone Photography will work closely with you in choosing outfits, styles, accessories, locations, backgrounds, etc... for your session.
By submitting a digital photo, you agree that the photo may be used by Livingstone Photography for the purpose of promoting this contest. You also understand that the photo will become public as it will be included on blogs and websites.
Winners must contact Livingstone Photography within 3 days of being named winner to claim their prizes. Both winning sessions must be held within 60 days of winners being announced. All complimentary items are contingent upon receiving a properly executed model release form.
Photo sessions for the winners will take place in the Evansville, Indiana area and by entering the contest, you agree to travel to Evansville, Indiana for your session.
Livingstone Photography reserves the right to disqualify or deny any entrant at the company's discretion.
This offer is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Failure to comply as agreed will lead to forfeiture of entry or winning. Livingstone Photography reserves the right to cancel the contest if a minimum of 20 entries are not received, so be sure to spread the word!
