And now for the main purpose of this post:
Is there a local tween or teen in your life who really stands out from the crowd, is making a difference in the community, gives unselfishly of his/her time?
Livingstone Photography is looking to photograph one male and one female tween or teen who fits this description for FREE.
What do you need to do? You need to submit a 500-word nomination essay describing how wonderful and effective your special person is and how he or she is making a positive contribution to the world.
What will the winners receive? The winners will each receive a free fun and exciting, on-location photo session with Livingstone Photography! This includes a 1-2 hour session, unlimited wardrobe/style changes, and may include multiple locations (at the photographer's discretion). The winners will also receive an online viewing gallery (approximately 25 images) to view and share their pictures with family and friends. Additionally, the winners will each receive two (2) 8x10 prints of their choice. All other pictures will be available for purchase with a 30% discount.
The fine print:
- Submit your completed essay, as an attachment, to livingstonephotography@gmail.com.
- Essays must be received no later than 11:59pm on July 25, 2011.
- Only one essay per nominee will be accepted and essays not meeting the requirements will be rejected.
- Nominees must be between the ages of 10-17 years as of July 25, 2011 and must reside in the greater Evansville, Indiana area.
- We must receive a minimum of FIVE (5) submissions to proceed with the contest. If we don't receive the minimum number of entrants, the contest will be completely revoked.
- We reserve the right to disqualify entrants if all rules are not met and reserve the right to verify all claims/contact agencies and references, responsible parties, etc...
- Winners will be chosen based on merit/qualifications not on the quality of the essay.
- The respective winners will receive a full photo session at a location to-be-determined.
- The winners' respective guardians will be required to sign a model release form allowing the images from this session to be used online or in print form for the purpose of advertising or promotion.
